USA SHIPPING

Cowpuncher Coffee ships Monday through Friday. All coffee is freshly roasted in small batches and is shipped from our facility within 2 business day(s). For shipping itself you should expect the shipping carrier to take 3 -8 business days to deliver your package. You will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your tracking number, once your order is shipped.
We are a small business and a working ranch. We are closed to spend time with our family (grandkids) around all of the major holidays. We may be closed at times to work cows, especially during the Spring and Fall works. So if your next order is scheduled to ship around a holiday and cattle works please be aware there may be a slight delay in shipment.

P.O. BOX - We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

The flat rate shipping fee;
Standard 3 to 4 business days is $10.95 for orders $49.99 and below. 
Note: All orders will ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will depend on your location. 
Note: During holidays, sale events, and cattle works, shipping may get delayed.

Ride For The Brand Subscription FREE SHIPPING

Ride For The Brand subscription orders ship FREE for the 48 Contiguous States in the USA. Ride For The Brand subscription is currently not available in Canada and these US States & Territories:

  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands
Note: Ride For The Brand subscription orders may be cancelled or paused up to 48 hours prior to your subscription date.


LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL,...) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the customer and the delivery confirmation shows "delivered" then our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not reship free of charge.
