*We do not except returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness. Coffee is considered a grocery item and to food regulations is not able to be returned. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to orders exceeding $20 but if something is wrong with your order, please contact our customer support team at cowpunchercoffee@gmail.com and we will be happy to help with a resolution.
